Our Comments on the DCC’s Proposed Regulations
April 19, 2022
Today the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa submitted our comments to the California Department of Cannabis Control (DCC) regarding the agency’s proposed consolidated medical and adult-use cannabis regulations. The proposed regulations would make permanent (though we use that word loosely) some of the changes initially brought about as emergency regulations, and would make other modifications and additions as well. The rules would cover all commercial cannabis license types, following consolidation of three separate licensing agencies (BCC, CDFA-CalCannabis, and CDPH-MCSB) last year.
