The Law Offices of Omar Figueroa, Inc., P.C., one of California’s leading cannabis, hemp, and psychedelic law firms, announced today that they are expanding their service area to New York, where they will continue to serve clients in these emerging markets. The types of services that the firm will offer in New York include, but are not limited to, application development and preparation; business formations and corporate governance, contract drafting, review and negotiation; intellectual property protection and enforcement; and policy advocacy.
The Law Office of Omar Figueroa’s New York branch will be staffed by Andrew Kingsdale, Esq., a Super Lawyer® who has worked with the firm since 2018. Andrew has been licensed to practice law in New York since 2007, and last year was appointed as a member of the New York Bar Association’s Committee on Cannabis Law.
