Final California Cannabis Regulations Released, Effective Immediately
January 17, 2019 – Yesterday, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) approved the final cannabis regulations that were published by California’s three cannabis licensing agencies (the Bureau of Cannabis Control, the Department of Food & Agriculture, and the Department of Public Health) last month. The final regulations are effective immediately, meaning that cannabis operators need to be aware of what these regulations contain and begin complying with them now.
Below are separate PDF documents with the regulations from each licensing agency, as well as a combined searchable PDF containing all three sets of regulations. Additionally, the Bureau of Cannabis Control has published Disciplinary Guidelines as well as forms that can be used by license applicants, which we have also included here below for your reference.
