INCBA Presents: The Cannabis Law Regulatory Rounds

The International Cannabis Bar Association will present 5 hours of education over two days at the NCIA Cannabis Business Summit and Expo.

For the first day, INCBA Will address state-level regulatory regimes and best practices for licensing and preparing for business under each state law for three hours of CLE Credit intended for attorneys.

On the second day, we will unpack the proposals for federal oversight, including the CAO, and the potential roles of the FDA, TTB, and other federal agencies in the future cannabis markets.
