Omar Figueroa is giving a legal ethics presentation to attorneys focusing on the practice of cannabis law at the Alameda County Bar Association in Oakland.

“The MCLE will be presented by a veteran cannabis lawyer from Northern California, Omar Figueroa. Mr. Figueroa will talk about the ethical legal concerns facing cannabis lawyers in 2019. The cannabis industry is unique in that it still is Federally illegal. However, the majority of states have embraced some form of commercial cannabis. How do lawyers navigate this industry? Mr. Figueroa will be providing inside tips from decades of experience.”
