California’s Cannabis Licensing Agencies Release Modifications to Proposed Regulations
October 19, 2018 – Today, California’s three cannabis regulatory agencies (the Bureau of Cannabis Control, the Department of Public Health, and the Department of Food & Agriculture) released modifications to the proposed permanent regulations for the Golden State’s cannabis industry, beginning a 15-day public comment period on the proposed changes.

Comments on the changes to the proposed regulations must be submitted to the respective agencies no later than 5:00pm on November 5, 2018.
