Attorney Lauren Mendelsohn Elevated to Partnership

The Law Offices of Omar Figueroa is proud to announce that it has elevated attorney Lauren Mendelsohn to the level of Partnership.
Lauren has worked at the Law Offices of Omar Figueroa since 2016, starting as an Associate Attorney before becoming the firm’s Senior Associate. As Junior Partner, she will continue to work alongside Managing Partner Omar Figueroa to serve a variety of large and small clients in the cannabis, hemp, and psychedelic spaces as well as in other industries such as cosmetics, technology, craft beverages, healthcare and event production.
Lauren’s practice covers a range of matters including but not limited to business formations and structuring; contract preparation and disputes; permitting and licensing; regulatory compliance; Proposition 65 defense and enforcement; and intellectual property. She has been named a Northern California “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers and was recognized by Sonoma Magazine as a “Lawyer of Excellence.” A true advocate motivated by her activist roots, Lauren currently sits on the Board of Directors for California NORML and previously sat on the Board of Directors for the International Cannabis Bar Association (INCBA).
